Roger is no longer taking dogs in for training 
but will continue with the gun dog boarding.
After 26 years of dog training it is time for us to slow down and think about retiring.
We would like to sell our kennel and move closer to the grandkids.  
So if there is anyone out there interested in purchasing 
an established kennel, it is for sale. 
If you have a passion for hunting dogs this is a great opportunity. 
The 65 kennels are cement runs with a septic system for easy cleaning.
We are currently boarding 20 dogs year around for quail hunters.
The property will come with equipment you need for training dogs 
plus any assistance from us that you need to get started.  
  We have 26 years of experience we will share with you. 
We will leave you two of the Covey Houses to get you started training.
Also a 2000 acre training lease for $1.00 an acre may be available. 
The Kennel is on 20 acres located in Shackelford County on a main Hwy. 
Albany is a small town 5 miles from the kennel and a great place to raise a family.
We are located only 30 miles from Abilene, Tx
There is a good brick home and a nice mobile home on the property.  
Several nice work shops and a  new food building.  
Pasture for horses.
